OUTSTANDING VILLA IN MAURITIUS BY WHITE BEACH
3 Bedroomed villa located in Riviere Noire, near the mountains and 5 min walk from the beach at La Preneuse. The house is furnished to a high standard with solid wood from India and Indonesia. Upstairs wooden parquet floors. The house has been designed to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. All bedrooms are airconditionned with electric fans.
There are 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. We have an additional 2 camp beds if needed.
/>All linen and towels are provided. All bedrooms have shutters which keep the rooms fairly cool and provide extra security.
The living room has 2 sofas and 1 arm chair. Satellite TV with both English and French channels is available , there are CDs and DVDs and a hifi system. For computer users we have WIFI broadband downstairs.
There are handsfree phones upstairs and downstiars and local telephone calls are free.
The kitchen is well equipped with new washing machine (Samsung) and a 410Ltr fridge/freezer. We will provide you a welcome pack on arrival. The cooker is gas with 4 burners and the oven is electric. Quality saucepans are provided. There is a kettle, grill and cafetier along with microwave oven.
Crockery and cutlery is all provided.
Outside there is a large garden and surrounded by shrubs (250m2) The verranda is perfect for barbeques and we provide chairs, table and barbeque for outside. There are no close neighbours and no one is over-looking the garden.
The water is heated by solar panels on the roof.
The house is fully alarmed with a burgular system
Locally, there is a brand new commercial centre 5 minutes walk, and a good supermarket. There is a bank and ATM. The post office, police and hospital are all within walking distance
There is also a sports centre with a large swimming pool, gym and tennis courts. It is possible to use all the facilities. The centre is very pleasant and there is a restaurant within the centre.
We also have restaurants serving local food and European food. The restaurants range from simple to up-market.
